We process the data you provide through the contact form or other channels for the following purposes:

  • To handle your enquiries, requests for information and project requests.
  • To manage the commercial relationship and follow up opportunities (lead management in our CRM system).
  • To send you, where applicable and with your consent, communications about our products and news.

  • Legitimate interest of ALPUCH in handling and managing the commercial relationship (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data will be kept for as long as the relationship continues and deletion is not requested, and thereafter for the legally required periods.

5. Recipients

Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Data may be processed by technology service providers (hosting and CRM) acting as data processors under contract, who may be located in the EU.

6. Rights of the data subject

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to alpuch@alpuch.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.

ALPUCH applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee data security and prevent alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
